Happy Halloween!

We had a very busy Halloween this year. It started with Myles school parade and mini party. To a visit with the Gi Gi's then off to Trunk Or Treat at our church. The kiddos had a great time seeing family and friends and of course they each came home with a stash of candy bigger than we would ever allow them to consume.

Pumpkin Carving Time

Carving Pumpkins this year was so much fun! Since daddy is still one handed mommy had to do all the carving. Luckily the boys are very talented when it comes to drawing!!! If only it could stay this easy for years to come :)

And the drawing begins!

Unfortunately I was unable to take a final picture once we were done so we waited til the next day in which by then Myles' pumpkin had all ready began to mold :( Luckily Myles was not to bummed when we had to throw it out.

So gross!

marshmallow please!

Over the last week or so Riley has been asking for marshmallows all most daily. Well one morning and I mean early morning about 4:00am Jeff awoke to find Riley standing on the counter with the bag of marshmallows in hand and one in his mouth!! The pictures below are from a different but still quite humorous!

Oh and yes if we are home, he is naked!

Pumpkin Patch 2008

We had a great time visiting Uesugi Farms in Morgan Hill with Michael and Dylan this past weekend. The weather was amazing. It was not quite dusk so some of our pictures have shadows :( The boys had a great time searching for their perfect pumpkins. We told Myles that if he could carry it he could get it! This year it worked out fine. Leave it to Riley to only want to climb on the pumpkins. He could really careless about taking one home. Our little Zoey ended up sleeping while we were there so I am sorry there are no pictures to post. I think in the future we will probably not go back to Uesugi Farms for the sheer fact it has turnned into an amusement park!

Happy 8th Birthday Michael!

We enjoyed our Sunday afternoon poolside celebrating my nephew Michael's 8Th birthday. He is such an amazing kid! He is so full of life. He can't help but smile all the time. We feel so lucky to have been a part of his special day! We love you Michael and we wish you many many more birthdays to come!!

Monkey boy goes for socks!

It is not the new baby that makes me tired, it is not the oldest with all his activities that makes me tired and it is not my "broken" husband that makes me tired. It is this Monkey boy we call Riley Roo! Every day all day things like this happen when we stay home. He is very independent and determined. I am sure one day I I will be thankful for these qualities! Until that day comes I will continue to be exhausted!
